「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Straight up, I didn’t stay here; I booked it for my 71 year old dad on a ski trip. He drank a beer in the raucous hotel bar where there was live music, was asleep by 10 when the music stopped and the lady that owned the place hugged him goodbye. Simply put, this night’s stay gave him more ammo for story telling than the previous 10 days. Outstanding.」

「Though the property is dated but quite charming exterior, the interior is warmly arranged and clean esp the bathroom. The little nook with microwave is very appreciated coupled with a small fold down table top with 2 chairs makes good space for quick breakfast. The welcome cookies is a nice added touch. The staff over at the kilneroy across the street is very helpful. Though an early check would hv been appreciated consider the Crandell has ample vacancies during our stay in low season mid...

「I would give this place easily a solid 10 out of 10 ! What a beautiful ski lodge to stay at right beside kicking horse resort . It’s also really nice that breakfast is included. The price was very reasonable for a ski lodge on resort . The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would stay again for sure. 」
