「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Room was well kept and spacious. Had a hot tub on the patio with a view of the mountains. Went in the slow season so we didn’t come across much staff or other tourists. 」

Rooms are clean and spacious. The only problem is the range hood is noisy and not effective.」

「We loved being right on the crystal waters of Toby Creek. The Riverbend units are beautiful. They're rustic and luxurious at the same time. Our kids loved their twin beds and large TV. They liked telling us we couldn't use their private bathroom. We enjoyed playing games we borrowed from the Embarc lounge by the fire and sneaking off to the nearby hot tub for an evening soak.
