Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
Part of the pool was closed. I didn’t expect to be treated the way I was. I’ve been to this resort many times over my life and this was the first time booking through Expedia. I felt like a second class customer. I’ll book differently next time

We stayed in the King Fir building, which has the pool and hot tub, very convenient. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained, and a great way to unwind after skiing.
