「We did not use the pool or hot tub as it did not look available at this time of year, but we really did not ask. We found our room to be in a location where the couple above us were quite noisy every morning at 7:00am They were constantly dragging the kitchen bar stools around the ceramic tile flooring morning and evening causing screaching noise from the stool legs. 「We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But...

「Beautiful condo with all you’d ever need to have a comfortable stay! Beds are so comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Having the hot tub was awesome! The kids loved having their own bathroom. Can’t think of a single complaint. Can’t wait to stay again. 」

「The property was clean, and kept in good shape. We had an issue with one of the registers producing alot of heat, even though everything was turned off. In 30+ degree weather it was uncomfortable. We notified the property and someone came to deal with it in just a couple of hours! Very quick at responding and the maintenance guy was great as well. The only thing i can think of, is for them to install AC for the summer months, and thats just being picky. But we wont let that keep us away! Highly...
