「The property overall is fine. The issue is that on the day you are checking out, they shut off your Wi-Fi and access to the gym, before the standard 11:00 am check out time. Not acceptable.」

「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Terribly rundown. Bare minimum in the kitchen. Pool not properly cleaned. No elevator, stairs only. The overhead light in the bedroom didn’t even have a cover, just lightbulbs exposed. Bedroom window didn’t open. Rail on deck was wiggly, felt unsafe. Tennis court or volleyball court was a piece of dirt with ripped net. No playground, pool accessories were all faded and splash park was never on. Hide-a-bed was lopsided with the worst mattress. It’s very dated and not worth the money at all.」

「Stayed here several times before, but this time we went to make our meal, had 1 plate, 1 knife, 1fork. Staff did bring extra when contacted. Husband came out of bathroom with barefeet and kitchen floor was sticky. We cleaned ourselves. Staff said manager will contact us, never seen from manager before leaving property. Next morning, went to make coffee, a pod had not been cleaned out of machine and was stuck to the top and could not get out easily. Beds were fine. Deck rails peeling very bad. At...

「The property is well maintained, clean and has a good location. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfy.」

「The big problem was air conditioning. On Expedia it says all rooms have A/C and the reality is none of them do. Bottom rooms get a small fan and top rooms have this swamp cooler. The rooms face west and get really hot in late afternoon. We were there during a really hot period and we couldn't even breath in our ground room. They moved us upstairs but even that took 2 days for the cooler to get the room cool. If you book during the summer be ready for a hot uncomfortable room. On the plus side...

「Room was reasonable clean. There wasn’t much room for parking. I’m not sure there was even housekeeping as our room wasn’t touched the whole time we were there. It’s close enough to walk to come nice restaurants and plenty of stores around as well.」
