The location is perfect — just a short walk to the ski hill. The property itself is lovely, with a pool and three hot tubs. I'd highly recommend it to others.

I love how accommodating the staff were and how patiently they answered all our questions. We also loved the room we stayed in. Although it wasn’t the original room we picked, they informed us ahead of time, so everything worked out well. 😊

King Fir 423 was clean and had all the accommodations listed. Our room was located right across the hall from the pool change rooms which we found very handy! The alpine resort is a short walk away, the city of fernie is not connected that we could find by a walking path which was the only disappointing thing we experienced! We can’t wait to book our next stay.

Loved this property. It was amazing for my family and gave us lots of room. Loved the pool/ hot tub. The only thing would be having an air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom too. The living room you could get a cross breeze but the 2nd bedroom, even with a fan, was quite hot. Hope to come back again.

Positives : Nicely setup for a family with good quality furniture and appliances. Negatives : Swimming pool at only one of the lodges and to many codes to remember for kids. A code for the pool, a code for the swirl pools , code for the room and code for the common area. Also smoking on the patio's shouldn't be allowed, smoked moves up into units above.

The unit was clean and the pictures are accurate to the details of the unit, however, the building is older and therefore sound travels between units easily. The upstairs neighbours were heard clearly in our unit and the hot tub below the unit was not ideal for having the bunk bedroom windows open. Also, the pool is within the condo complex but not attached to this building - it is about a 5 min walk and a bit confusing to find. Overall, the unit was nice and price was reasonable but we wished the atmosphere was quieter and more relaxing.

Great location with lots to mountain fun available right out your door. Pool and hot tub were great after a hike or bike ride (or ski in the winter). The unit itself is worn with two arm chairs in particular in very bad shape. Kitchen and shower were functional and overall we enjoyed being there, but the state of some of the furniture was below standard.

Stayed 2 nights here. The night we got there, the toilet was not working, I had phoned to see if someone could fix it that same night but said they could only come in the morning between 9-9:30. They did not arrive until later at 9:45 10ish (however fixed the issue within 10 min so that was good). The morning of the check in we got woken up at 9am by cleaners, even though check out was at 10am. Overall, the price was too expensive , and having issues on night 1 before a wedding was not thrilling.

Our stay was fine, however upon arrival the bathroom was not the cleanest. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the air conditioning barley worked. This property did not meet expectations.

It was a nice clean room the pictures did not do justice it was very nice. Although Ac/ furnace must be broken or something. When we got in the room it was at 35 degrees and we turned the AC on and it was so loud we were unable to sleep. The second day/ night it got way louder progressively and sounded like it was gonna blow up so we had to unplug it. Other than that, very nice stay!

We were very pleased with the two bedroom/2 full bath suite with full kitchen. It was as promised and everything we needed for self-catering (including using the common BBQ) was there. I had messaged in advance if the coffee maker was a Keurig or regular drip coffee maker and was pleased to get a prompt response (regular coffee maker) that allowed us to plan better. For two adults and o e teenager it was the perfect arrangement with TVs on the bedrooms as well as the living room. Location was great. We found a walking shortcut to get to the Cirque restaurant in Lizard Creek Lodge. And there is a convenience store a two or three minute walk away. There are multiple hot tub options including the one by the swimming pool. We would definitely come again. Our three nights were wonderful.
