「The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't...

「The staff was very understanding and helpful, we had a day of travel issues and disagreements- they met us with acceptance and kindness through all of it. Even though we actually gave them a bit of a hard time (so, sorry about that!)The resort is exactly how it is advertised, cleaning staff was great and wow, those guys can carry heavy bags with ease! We noticed that other parts of the island were under construction and it was very messy on the back side of the resort. I can imagine it is...

「I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.」
