「I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.」

「Stafford manor hotel is a lovely location not too far away from Stratford upon Avon. The rooms are clean , it would have been better if we had aircon in the bedrooms . Aircon seems to be in the main areas of the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant for breakfast. We watch football in the bar because England was playing, it would have been better if the sound on the tv was louder, the atmosphere would have been electric and that would have made more people drink.」
