"Clean room, good amenities with toiletries, hair dryer, tea/coffee facilities. Shower gap would have been handy. Lifts not adequate for the number of floors/rooms when busy. It was particularly busy due to the championships but we spent ages each time waiting for the lifts and they were usually full."

"The reception staff were very helpful, sorting out a booking issue, providing extra tea bags and letting us check out 1.5 hours later than normal. The hotel was extremely busy but all the staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very busy but any issues were resolved quickly (such as running out of bowls!)"

"The outside space is stunning. The breakfast was lovely. The bedroom was clean and modern. It can get busy outside but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Will definitely be back."
