Its nice hotel, clean, great people, good food. The only thing its definitely not 4 stars, its hardly 3. I would reccomend cleaning dishes and cups better, all were dirty. Overall stay was good, not far away from castle that was the main reason to book.

Great breakfast with plenty of food options to cater for all although a little slow in restocking for service. Bar and food options are good too. Well catered for children with games. Woken up by barking dog early hours and overnight which was annoying.
