"It’s about 20 minutes from the pier and the main town, but honestly, everything on the island takes 20–40 minutes to reach by motorbike. However, there’s a mini market right in front of the hotel, and they also sell gasoline, which is very convenient. The room was wonderful, but what really stood out was the bathroom. "This property has not been taken care of at all. Weeds overgrown, run down reception area, the room was terrible. So the bed is in the loft but the staircase is really more like a ladder. "The villa and pool was gorgeous. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection isn't great but they are delicious. They gave me a warm anniversary welcome with flowers, cake and chocolate and room decorations - very nice gesture, much appreciated. Only downside is that the Aircon seems to be dripping and therefore there is always a wet patch on the walkway from bedroom to toilet. The staff however quickly take note of it and I believe it will be resolved for the next guest. "
