"I loved the studio I rented for the night. Was spacious and clean. The parking lot allowed me to have a safe space to park my car. I will definitely book again in the near future. Thank you so much!"
"The hotel overall was great. New, modern and clean. We had an accessible room, which was amazing for my spouse who is in a wheelchair.
The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest. A lot of the properties are run down.
The entrance into the hotel isn’t great. There is not a lot of space for a car to pull up for dropping off. Was challenging with getting a cart, loading luggage, and navigating someone in a wheelchair. If another car would have been parked at the entrance I’m not sure what we would have done. The hotel also only has valet parking and it’s not part of the hotel. "
"We stayed here for two nights due to flight schedules. Though the hotel is closer to La Guardia and we were traveling through JFK, it still worked much better for us than the hotels closer to JFK. Note that their airport shuttle is only for La Guardia. Lyft to JFK was about $50 each way.
We had a suite, which was really nice. Be aware that the kitchen is not outfitted unless you’re staying for 30 days, but the desk staff kindly gave us paper plates and plastic utensils for use during our stay. Also, there’s no in-room coffee, but they have good coffee and hot water in the lobby.
We took advantage of the gym, which has good equipment. We also took advantage of the coin laundry.
There are many stores in easy walking distance and tons of Asian restaurants nearby. We wanted to go to Trader Joe’s. The closest is in Forest Hills, which cost about $15 each way with Lyft.
I would definitely stay here again."
"Affordable. Staff responded to special requests
professionally and efficiently. Helped with luggage on stairs,no elevator.Very kind staff, liked coffee and tea in lobby in morning. It was economical considering the other hotels were expensive and we had traveled to attend wedding , so it was good we had lower bill for this expense."
