"Hotel was beautiful, definitely updated and in great condition. Staff was great. The pool area was really nice, and they had a lifeguard. The room was cute, very clean and in great condition. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but doable. I will say, and this is no reflection on. The hotel itself, there is construction work being done across the street which was right in front of us and apparently they do it throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep through that. Again, nothing the hotel can do, I’m sure but might be wise to ask for a room facing the other side. I would stay here again."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to a concert at the UBS arena and it was close by. Give yourself a little more time if driving to UBS due to the traffic going in . Coming back was a breeze. It was a very safe and comfortable stay. It was quiet. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast before heading out in the morning. It was delicious. Highly recommend staying there. My friend never stayed in a hotel before and loved it. "

"-Room was clean for the most part. Nothing out of the ordinary -Breakfast simple enough. Had the basics with some Asian fare. Lots of bread/pastries. Good enough to start your day. -Location good. Close to lots of restaurants, the MTA, and the Q90 bus -Staff accommodating for when I had to reschedule my flight and talked with them about leaving my key and checking out over the phone -Walls are really thin. Had trouble sleeping since I could hear neighbors next to me. I don't know if there is a set time for quiet hours but that probably could be enforced. -Wi-fi was very weak in the part of the building I was in"
