The Inn at Great Neck is a fantastic place. This is the second time to stay at the property. Close to the LIRR and the Plaza, so getting anywhere you want to explore easy. The staff and rooms were great, friendly and accommodating.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Was there when it was very cold out. And the hotel was VERY cold. Had to get a space heater in my room to make it bearable. The heater was blowing cool air. At the breakfast buffet, people had their winter coats on.

We stayed at the Inn at Great Neck due to it's proximity to UBS area. The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean. The food we ordered for room service was delicious and the gentleman who assisted us was very helpful. We also had the free breakfast in the morning.
