"The property was clean. Rooms were in good condition with good lenin and supplies. We were only here overnight to catch an early morning flight. Definitely come back. Is around the corner and we had a really good dinner there. In the morning we got a shuttle ride to the airport. Our shuttle driver was outstanding."

The hotel was quiet and I got some good sleep before my early flight the next morning. The shuttle was ready to go at 5am to take me to airport. Great hotel to stay at close to LGA. "My check-in experience was disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He was stoic and came across as cold, unfriendly, and disengaged. First impressions matter, and this was not a good one. In contrast, the housekeeping staff were helpful, courteous, and professional, which was the only positive aspect of my stay."
