"This was the first time we’ve used hotel.com.. going to Branson I thought would be a nice couple days. we checked into our room and our window view was looking out over the air-conditioning with trash in there water bottles, trash…. As I was putting my bathroom stuff away, I noticed and thought there was poop on the room of the toilet. I called downstairs they sent someone right away. She was very sweet. Said she had to leave to get something to clean it up stronger it wasn’t coming off as it turns out it was like a bus mark that looked like a poop stain.
