The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were squishy. This was not a problem, because we always bring our own. There is no breakfast on weekdays, but for the price it was a great value.

We opened the door to our room and it just smelled clean. Everything was neat and clean. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good and the facilities were all around clean. Great affordable stay!

We travel to Branson on a regular basis and have noticed that Seven Gables looks like a nice locally owned place. It was nice to finally stay here. The room had been updated and was very clean. There were a couple of minor things that were different than what we are accustomed to at hotels. One is that it was unusual that there was not a peephole for the door or an extra safety latch. Also, there was only one person working when we were ready to check out. The reason we knew is that I had to go looking for her in the breakfast room and was told that the other person who was supposed to be helping did not come to work that day.

Have stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean but do need some minor repairs which has not been an issue...until this trip. They put us in a room that stunk like cigarettes. Non-smoking room??? Complained to no avail. Said they were booked, take it or leave it. We were offered a can of spray which did nothing. We again complained upon leaving again to no avail. Later in the day a woman called my husband about the complaint and started yelling at him before the conversation ended. Said the owners wife had surgery and nothing could be done until they return. We never heard from them. We will stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean. The location is good for Branson activities. The breakfast nothing fancy but good. This is a budget hotel so you have to except budget amenities. There is no elevator. Stairs are the rule.

The hotel was clean and friendly staff. But when we tried to change our reservation because of incoming bad weather, we were given the run around and told to call Expedia with no phone # provided. Also, when we tried to check out early the office was locked-we tried three times, when we were finally able to return keys, they refused to give us a receipt-we were again told to reach out to Expedia. I would NOT book this hotel through Expedia-customer service is difficult to access. The hotel breakfast facilities were located in a very weird place-it felt like a basement, poor signage, and very ugly unkept sidewalk/patio area around the outside of the office leading to the breakfast area.

Room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only downfall ( the reason for 4 stars instead of five stars) was a perfume cleaner odor in the room, and even though we had the door open 3 hours, it was still very strong. I would definitely stay there again though.

Was quiet and very clean. Offered plenty of towels and pillows. Bed was firm and definitely a cheap mattress which was the main drawback for me. I would say bring your own toiletries. Front desk staff was very friendly, but housekeeping services opened the door of our room without even knocking while we were in the room in our pajamas. We were on the top floor, so know that the stairs are steep and narrow. If you’re somebody with mobility issues definitely find out what room you are in because this would be a safety risk for somebody with mobility issues. Parking lot is set on a hill, so there can be some really difficult parking situations, especially for those with mobility, balance, or endurance issues. Overall, this property was clean and conveniently located at a budget price point, but for me the bed and the difficulty of the parking lot and stairs might keep me from staying there again.
