Too early for pool. Not that busy. They put kids above me who ran up and down still past 12 midnight. I had a fishing trip at 6am. No sleep. Left early due to noise above us. Just a sorry and no trying to change our mind or accommodate usbfor future stays.

My daughter granddaughter and I stayed here for four days. We really enjoyed the scenery and the amenities. The staff was over the top on making sure we got what we needed. Thank you for a great visit.

I was vacationing alone and just wanted some peace and time to myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful view of the lake from my balcony. And the rooms were clean and comfortable! My frustrations were mostly inconveniences that I discovered as I needed/wanted to do things; the first night the fridge was leaking from 2 ports from the freezer, so there was water all over the shelves. Maintenance was quick to come and worked on it for about an hour. He got it fixed and was very professional and courteous. 2 of the dish pans were dirty, so I of course washed them before using them. There were no coffee filters, seasonings, sheet pans/baking pans, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwashingvdetergent. Maybe that's a lot to expect,but it's what I'm used to at places I stay. I did call and ask for a baking sheet a roasting pan, and some dish soap. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly in delivering them. Lastly, and I guess the most frustrating was the noise from next door and above me. I didn't expect to hear them so well. Despite the shortcomings, it was a decent trip. I did have some time of peace and quiet with my fire going. I enjoyed soaking in my personal jaccuzi a couple times, and I saw some beautiful sunsets with a cold beer in hand after finishing a delicious dinner I'd prepared. Oh! And the food truck food was delicious! Expensive, but delicious. I had a quesadilla and a burrito. All in all 3/5.

The property and staff were great. The amenities provide a lot of activities for kids and adults. It has got more expensive over the past 2 years, but we still enjoyed our time. We'll be back!

The location was beautiful! We had a ground floor condo listed as a one bedroom with a Murphy bed…. The bed was comfortable but the Murphy bed was a pull out couch that had a 3 inch nasty looking mattress with the cover looking like it had vomit or something all over it. We didn’t use it and that was disappointing. Also when I first got to our condo it looked as if the maid was called away suddenly, there was garbage on the coffee table that was out of place. We had a wonderful weekend in spite of it all but I’d never pay full price for it.

Condo was not clean. Sticky tile floors. Blinds in need of replacement. Commode did not flush well. Unit needs a remodel. No toilet paper and paper towels. Elevator for units in this area was filthy.

The resort was 5 min from Silver Dollar City which is why we picked it but they provided a shuttle to and from the park which was even better! I had 4 teenagers with me and they enjoyed the miniature golf, basketball, and sand volleyball immensely and our room had the best marina view with a balcony to appreciate such a view. We had an amazing time.

Hot tub didn’t work. Pool area was under construction. Lifeguards weren’t enforcing rules in the hot tub area as kids were diving and jumping across the rocks. Condo was clean and nice but the pool area, which is the biggest draw for us was a big let down
