The hotel was welcoming. The staff was great, very helpful with our request when we needed towels. They only clean every other day when you stay for multiple days and we didn’t have any issues getting new towels and we have stayed in some hotels where that is an issue- The breakfast was great. The coffee downstairs was amazing. My kids loved the pool. We have been a military family for 20 years and this is one of the top hotels based off of the welcoming atmosphere and safety.

We reserved the king suite, and it was worth it!! Plenty of space, a separate bedroom from the living room, and a massive bathroom with a double jacuzzi tub. Every staff member was so helpful and courteous. The front desk went out of its way to make sure we had the tickets to a great show. The only downside was that we were there at the beginning of the season, so not everything was open.

Staff gets 5stars, give the room 3stars a hole and dated, but was clean. Indoor pool it’s too small. It was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool outside. Breakfast was good. They did not run out of food. if this hotel gets some updates to the rooms and a bigger pool. It would be one of the best hotels in Branson. The staff was wonderful.

Breakfast was good and served fresh. Starbucks was a nice treat and the Wildwood Bar staff were pleasant. The pool was clean and stocked with towels. My kids enjoyed the inside/ outside option. Only downfall was our room was never cleaned or restocked with towels/washcloths. We had to hunt down the cleaners each day for clean linen. When we checked in there was dirty trash and linen left infront of our room and wasnt picked up until the next day after mentioning it to staff.

OK hotel. Dated. Amenities were to small for number of people (breakfast was over-crowded with long lines and pool was over-crowded). In-room coffee was worthless and toilet wasn't fastened down. No plates/bowls and only a few cups in kitchen. Everywhere smelled of weed. Suite was good size with comfortable seating.
