The hotel was full at the time we stayed. Staff couldn’t help me with the few requests I had. The pool is very small and was overcrowded. Breakfast had long lines had to wait for very long time

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great and willing to help anyway! There were a bunch of kids in the pool and the smell inside was terrible but the experience was awesome and affordable.

Needs an update. No microwave Breakfast food was terrible quality. Lights not working in the room. The dresser would not close at all. (accidentally ripped one of my shirts when it caught on the corner of it. Otherwise, the hotel does what it’s meant to- sleep and go. Pillows were good though. Although I am at the age when I bring my own already.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little cramped but since I was alone it worked. The shower was hard to adjust the water temperature. Most of the time the water was pretty cold.

Beautiful property, but did have an odd smell in the hallways. The pool was very nice, as it was indoor/outdoor, but it was very busy with lots of families, although that is not the hotels fault. They did have a 10-12 adult only swim, but nobody was monitoring if children were leaving the pool, so there was still some children in the pool. The breakfast was very good, but I felt rushed as they started cleaning up and taking the breakwater away 15 minutes early, even though multiple families were still coming in.

Went to check in at 6pm, lines were 5 wide and 5 deep, the air was hot and stagnant while waiting in line. Finally made it to the counter only to be told that my room was not ready. They called me at 7:25 pm and told me that I could come get my room key. The beds and room were great. The a/c, heating unit only blew air, no cooling or heating. The facility felt like “Great Wolf Lodge” on a holiday weekend. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.

After we waited on line for 30 minutes we finally were able to check in. Went up to our room to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all! There was liquids from shampoo/conditioner all over the tub and hair in it. There was a clean towel and bar of soap on the ledge of the tub, so someone had to have been in there! In the room, there was debris all over the floor. I called and they said they would send someone up to clean it. After 30min nobody had been up to clean so I went downstairs and they said they would urgently send someone up. After a few minutes someone did show up and do a complete clean of the room. No apologies from the front desk which really soured our stay. That was the first and the last time we will stay there.

Room was clean. Beds fair but not the best we've ever had. We got to the hotel at 6pm and were informed that no rooms were clean and ready and that they would call when they were. At 8pm still had not received a call, so we wemt back to the hotel to find out they still didn't have a clean room for us to stay in. Breakfast the next morning was add to the stay due to delays with room, food was ok but not worth the $12 per person had we had to pay. Will not go back.

Didn’t have our room ready till 10:30 pm. Carried our bags to the lobby to check in three different times. Reason given was they were short of room cleaning staff. Rooms were average. Location was good but probably won’t stay there again. A 10:30 pm check in time is unacceptable

Thousand Hills Resort was great! It is clean and the staff is great. Our room was great! A corner with several windows to let in natural light. Its very close to all of the eating and entertainment on 76.
