"I’ve stayed here on & off for years. It does seem small things are not being addressed like before. Drapes not working in room, air temp can’t be controlled properly, broken gym equipment, children disappointed when they find out room marked Arcade is empty, exterior doors need freshening up. "

"This Hilton is not up to “Hilton” standards. The first room we were put in was covered in dust. It looked like it had been vacant and not cleaned for weeks. They were able to move us to another room, but it was still not clean and dusty. Renovations are starting at the property to update it. The valet service was top notch and they deserve a 5 star review. "

"So much to do here. We love this place. Indoor pool, hot tub, mini golf, shuffle board, ping pong, arcade...so family friendly. "

"Beautiful old hotel, but could use some refreshing; not that anything was tattered looking, but definitely dated. Staff was wonderful, especially Ben. Slightly disappointed when housekeeping overlooked our room one day, after a few different requests. Also disappointed that the bar and restaurant hours were very limited at this time of the year. The location was great and the views were stunning! Overall I would recommend this hotel!"
