This is a wonderful resort with many amenities. We love the rooms, atriums, views, and the spa. I highly recommend this property for future stays in Branson.
I was very happy with my last stay. I have stayed here several times over the summer. The upgraded our room since it was our Anniversary and we both were blessed by that. What an incredible gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the lake.
Beautiful hotel! Rooms could use a little more detailed cleaning but overall a nice and comfortable stay. Make time to use pool and enjoy coffee and a sweet treat on the terrace. Views spectacular and common areas clean and well kept.
Everything was amazing! The staff was great. The food was good but pricey. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is huge and really nice. I highly recommend!
Very nice for the area! Room was spacious! Asked for 2 extra pillows and they were immediately delivered! Be aware of $28 dollar plus tax resort fee per day!
We will def stay again!
The staff was personalble and professional. The amenities are excellent; however, the furnishings in the rooms are dated and need TLC. The food was excellent. The most notable deficiency was the fire alarms and subsequent lack of communication and action from the staff which was lacadasical at best and lead to unresponsiveness from guest.
Would have preferred a full lake view rather than partial as the noise from the fans below (room 707) were noisy to sit outside
ALL THE STAFF WERE BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HELPFUL FROM ENTRANCE TO EXIT TOP NOTCH
Everything was first class, the staff was very helpful, the food was great, the facilities were top of the line and the room was clean and comfortable. It was well worth the higher price than some of the cheaper & worn down hotels. We will be back!
Beautiful decor in the room and common area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only problem we had was understanding the non parking deck procedure. We were charged for deck parking when we parked in the open lot and did not see the charge until we had headed home.
We had a great time. We docked our boat at the marina and played on the water during the day then enjoyed the hotel in the evening! Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly!
From the time we checked in, the lady who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We were greeted nicely by the men at the door, they opened it up for us, helped us with luggage. Room stayed clean the entire time! AC worked great! The view was perfect! Thank yall, and im sure we will be back!
Everything about our stay was top-notch! All staff we encountered made sure we had an excellent experience from check-in to departure. Dinah in guest services went out of her way to resolve a billing question we had. She was an angel and is a great example of the attentive staff at the Chateau. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and took advantage of the food and beverage service. They didn’t miss a beat! We’ll definitely be coming back.
We enjoyed the many options of things to do. There was enough that we didnt really have to leave the hotel if we hadn't wanted. The options included indoor and outdoor pool, the gym, a few food options, the bars, spa, theater, etc. The spa was especially nice and could've spent all day there.
I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The dinner and cocktails at the restaurant were excellent, and the pool was great.
I came to celebrate my birthday, and I am very grateful that they gave me a room upgrade on the top floor with a spectacular view. I will come back soon and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Hotel has a great view of the lake which is wonderful. It is due for renovation though. The rooms are very dated along with common areas. The pool outside was nice but needed cleaned. Cups and bugs in it. The Library bar was a nice place to get a drink and watch the sunset.
Having the DJ playing by the poolside made our Saturday night. He played every kind of music.
Having a movie theater inside the hotel playing family movies throughout the day.
This made the property unique beside the interior is very relaxing.
The view of Table Rock Lake can’t be beat! The atrium area inside the hotel to all the rooms makes the accommodations spacious and beautiful. It is really great! Convenient but away from the crowds.
