"Didnt end up staying. The first issue we had was nobody explained how parking worked when we checked in. We had to ask questions after parking (which is when we saw the sign that you had to pay to park each day). This property is nowhere near any other properties so having to pay a daily rate to park on top of room rates was crazy. Once we got to our room we noticed a lot of outside noise like the window was open. We walked over to the window and the window frame was rotted. There was big gap where it rotted amd you could see the outside. They had tried to put black tap to cover it up and there was rusted nails. Because of the hole there was dirt covering the inside of window and surrounding areas. When i showed the front desk the pics of window she asked me to text her the pics when she could have easily went up to the room to inspect and take her own pics. Also the screen on the lower window wasnt even secured and in place. It was just leaning up against the window. "

"From outside the property looks good and promising BUT the theme was only a facade and was not carried through the hotel (building #2). The bed was comfortable as was the pillow. The bathroom was like a motel 6 or similar hotels. The toilet and shower were behind a door but the single sink was part of the bedroom and a pain to use.save your money! Over priced MOTEL."

"The stay was overall good. Im giving it 4 stars due to very hard mattresses which made it hard to sleep well. Breakfast was decent but the gravy mix for biscuits and gravy wasnt the best quality. Location was good and center of the strip."

"We loved it! Beautiful hotel, very clean & staff was great. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety (eggs, sausage, gravy & biscuits, potatoes, ham, pancakes, waffles, fruit & cereal bar, yogurt, cakes & banana bread). We were out doing stuff around down most of the day. Went to the pool at 8pm & it was like a pool party. So many families having fun. We had a great time."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first time, so we had to wait again for security to come back with another set. We ended up making the bed ourselves with absolutely no assistance from the staff. As if that wasn’t enough, water then started leaking from the ceiling through the ceiling fan. Only after we reported the leak did the front desk suddenly manage to “find” another room for us, despite previously telling us several times that nothing was available. This is all after multiple phone calls and being brushed off by the front desk. The lady at the front was very passive aggressive with no compassion to the situation. She told us that it is what it is basically. Overall, the condition of the hotel, the lack of cleanliness, and especially the way the situation was handled by staff made this a very frustrating experience. This all lasted from 11pm till 1:30am until we finally were able to lay down after a long drive. We will not stay here again."
