Our room was clean, but the beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The soap was as dry as Ivory, and the tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner turned my hair into a mass of straw. It was so dried out that it didn't look like I got it wet at all. Definitely take your own! The location was great, although our view was a concrete wall! The Grand view was on...
