"Room I booked was not available. I booked two queens as my wife, two grand boys 10 and 12, big 10 and 12. 12 yo looks like an adult, and myself in a king. Not happening. Offered a rollaway bed and half off stay. Then that night, when I called for my rollaway bed, said none were available. I did eventually get one bu one of grandsons had to take turns sleeping on it both nights as no support. Shower was like from 1970s with no water pressure. Pool was nice, complimentary breakfast was dicey with a big open bowl of I’m guessing vanilla yogurt that you just scoop into a bowl and several bowls of random fruit. Small little coffee cups like you would find at a pta meeting with no lids. Disappointing "

"A very convenient location. Could hear a lot of noise through the wall and ceiling. We were located on ground floor shared wall with stair well. Still thought it was a nice place to stay. "

"Location is lovely. Staff was friendly. Property is a time share so you do get that pushed onto you alot. Most of activites had some kind of cost associated with them. Water park and pool was closed but that could be the time of year"

"We were presently surprised with this neat hotel. The lady serving breakfast was such a bright light. The breakfast was much better than expected. The room was very clean and well kept. Overall neat little place! We will be back! "

"Hour late at check in and no concern to resolve it even after explaining I had traveled 13 hours with a 3 year old. No upgrade to a clean room or offer of show tickets (its a timeshare). Also did not get a patio even though expedia listed a patio included and I paid a higher rate for it. Staff could care less since I refused the timeshare presentation and paid for my room upfront. "

"room was clean, staff friendly, the breakfast is normally great but we didn't stay for it this time, directly on the 76 strip close to everything and there is a denny's right next door and say hi to stacey! we love staying here when in Branson cant wait till we come back"
