The room was beautifully remodeled. We especially enjoyed the desserts after returning from shows. The location was perfect. It was good to be away from the traffic on the strip, but there were still restaurants and things to do

Room clean. Okay location. Only stayed one night while passing through Branson. Drive to both landing and downtown areas. Onsite parking with elevator. Free dessert provided in evening and breakfast good in morning with protein options which isn’t common anymore.

Breakfast was good, waffle iron, eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt and cereal… The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again!

nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for people who need it...desserts and ice cream at nice was a nice treat...would stay there again for sure.....

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we had no issues. Arrived late evening. Check-in was simple. Staff were all professional, helpful and courteous. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream were available at night. Breakfast had several options. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, packaged muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice. We were satisfied. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was not up to par. It was the king suite room 234, the lobby and breakfast were great but the rooms could use some work. They do have a lot of great amenities but it doesn't off set room conditions. We chose this hotel because it had 9.4 stars but for the price we would not stay here again it certainly was not a 9.4 star room.

We Always stay at Bransons best hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful in getting us show tickets. Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Small breakfast buffet every morning and my husband loved the cobbler, cookies and ice cream every night. Close to shows and places to eat
