Day one was a very simple check in where the staff explained everything and all of the amenities that we had no idea to expect. We stayed for four nights and at no point did we want for anything else from the resort. Our daughter loved playing sand volleyball in the well lit sand pit after dark. Arcade and ice cream was a great way to cool off once in awhile. The marketplace was wonderful. Pizza/subs available and reasonably priced. Also beer/soda/milk available for purchase. 10 out of 10.

The advertising on Expedia and the actual room did not match. When we discussed with the front desk the discrepancy, the laughed and said we can't do anything about Expedia's mistakes. It seems like hotels are advertising on Expedia and getting mad when you use it and not directly through them. Good nights sleep, plenty of room will probably stay again, just verify everything before using Expedia.

This is our second time staying really enjoyed it but my first time i purchased the same traditional king sweet and the first was a little more nice and spacious then this second time so definitely would request like inn 6 in the front if available but overall still love it there and it will be where we stay for now on

Waited for quite a while at check-in and then after check-in was referred over to get a parking pass, which was really a sale attempt/cross sale on their timeshare. Also, when leaving the checkout counter, I was informed that they would not be servicing our room unless we called them. They called twice to get clean towels And nobody ever came by to pick up the dirty ones. The garbage is over full so we stuck it out in the hallway. The pool was super overcrowded, which is expected at this time of the year however, it didn’t appear to be very clean. Never saw an employee walk-through the pool area in two hours. no coffee available in the room and was informed that they have a Starbucks on site however it doesn’t open till eight. Didn’t work into our timeframe.

Seems a lot better on their website than what you actually get. Outdoor pool is not as big as pictures make it seem and it stays too overcrowded to enjoy. Indoor pool was very small. "Marketplace" is a tiny convenience type store and the Starbucks onsite is actually just a limited menu with one person who has never made a Starbucks drink running the counter. Room is very basic which was expected, beds were uncomfortable, A/C didn't even cool the room down (temps are very high right now but still uncomfortable) and wifi showed no Internet access--called the front desk about this and they just said there is no password and it should work. Property and room itself were both clean. Overall just overated and if just getting a room for a weekend you would be better off choosing a hotel on the strip.

This served its purpose. The staff was polite. The condo was clean & so were the grounds. The condos were a little dated and the walls were paper thin. The condo did not have many accommodations so pack and bring the things you need. We didn’t have trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent and type of surface cleaner, heavy blankets or bedspread. We got a great deal on the condo and we loved the pool, the grocery area had good pizza and Starbucks!

If you have children it’s great, plenty of activities and swimming. Little misleading, no restaurant on site like it shows online. Housekeeping is lacking, while they don’t come while you’re there our room was missing trash bags. Trash was left in front yard. Covers didn’t fit the bed. Room was much smaller than what it portrayed online as well.

This place was massive. I thought we were going to stay in the actual hotel, but no they have cabins, condos, and strips that look a hotel and thats where we stayed. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very nice. They have 3 pools, a hot tub, a building with a arcade, gaming, and mich more. And they try to have activives to keep people busy. They even have a gate that u have to go thru. It was all very nice. The only thing there is a dèductable and you have to pay extra for breakfast and wifi (which we didnt do either). Too many other places to eat in town. But it was a very nice stay till the last night. Of all places they put a family with kids next to us and they were kind of noisey. But it was nice.

The property is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t care for was I booked this room under the impression there would be a kitchen, as it shows on your website, only to be told I booked a studio. Property amenities were great! The pools and kids areas were awesome but our condo needed some love. Our condo was dated and needed repairs. We called the front desk after night one and they came to look at both our ac and our hot water heater. Housekeeping had to bring some items that were missing in our condo. The TV channels were odd. Most of the tv channels were in Spanish and if not they often had a weird voice over. The bathroom shower had some small holes in the wall surround. The shower didn’t work completely right either. The property location was very convenient which was a plus. I didn’t love the check in process taking forever. After checking in the concierge gives you a parking pass but you have to stand in that line also and wait. When it’s finally your turn they want to hook you up with show tickets and try to sell you on a time share breakfast.
