I booked too late for the spa therapies so all that was left was a 25min massage which was disappointing because we were hoping for longer. The massage itself was WONDERFUL! 「The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」
