"We stayed in both an old room and newly remodeled room. When using a 3rd party they will more than likely give you an old room. They only upgraded us the following night due to the construction and pipe issue in which we couldn’t use the showers due to the sludge that was coming out. As for the staff everyone was very nice and the manager did her best to make things right. The Copper Whisk and other restaurants in the hotel are very convenient. They have a movie theater and bowling alley which is fun for families. "

One of the best parts was how pet-friendly they are—it meant so much to be able to bring our dog along without any hassle. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. "My room was very clean and quiet. Good variety choices for restaurants. Coffee shop a 24 hours was conveniently situated near the elevators to the room. The outdoor pool was amazing,I was able to spend a relaxing afternoon there! The SPA offers a lot of services,I had a stone massage done by Elvira and She was very knowledgeable and friendly like the rest of all the crew of the property!!! One thing missing was a Shuttle bus that would have been very much appreciated from airport, however UBER was extremely easy to use."
