「This property management are not even gave you any information , or pick up a phone call when you came to check in . And you will get stuck with un-refund case. This is scam . The suck part is now you have to fine new places and don’t know if you gonna see another one this or not 」

「The apartment is in a great location with a mall in the ground floor and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Bad thing is the apartment had a TON of ants. There was a trail of ants crawling from the floor to the dining table and when we checked out we found an entire swarm of ants under one of our luggages.」

The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. 「The room is pretty clean. Check in is quick and easy. The shower room in the bathroom has no door like other in VN. The advertisement said that the apartment just is 5 minutes to Tram Huong tower but it takes at least 30 minutes for me to walk there.」
