「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...

「住35樓高層，風景很美，可惜熱水花灑水勁弱，係勁弱，不可以冲涼。但工作人員好友善，值得嘉許，可以再入住。附近有大型韓式超市及商場，價錢稍貴，出去海灘很方便。附近有基本餐廳，屬於旺中帶靜的。」

「Pool, beach and sea views from the room. Very clean rooms with an excelent di ung facility. Resort style living at a very resonable price. Close to the airport. Very friendly staff」

「Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider...

「Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back. We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang.」
