「飯店服務台夜班「女」服務生態度很差，出示了訂房代碼，也一再表示已經付清全額費用，但因文很差的「她」一直說沒有收到訂房通知，不讓我們入住。最後是打國際電話請北京的Hotels.com辦公室人員代為處理，過程中讓人無奈又氣憤！因為女服務生一直翻白眼，又很凶，好像我們是騙子一樣！」
