「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. 「1. 一如洲際應有的水準, 服務人員熱誠, 房間舒適 2. 早餐豐盛, 值得加購 3. 走下樓就是芽莊最熱鬧的海邊沙灘, 步行5分鐘內有按摩店, 星巴克, 德州炸機, KFC, 海底撈, Pizza 4 pcs 4. 游泳池/健身房/兒童遊戲室都整理得很乾淨 5. 小小抱怨的是桑拿房竟然不能使用置物櫃!! (有置物櫃的設置,但全部都上鎖, 問了服務人員說不能使用, 男女生都是同樣的狀況)」

「I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.」

「1. Excellent and rapid services of the reception, housekeeping, security. Thanks a lot! 2. Breakfast buffet is good. 3. The location is very convenient. Many restaurants and bars near by. 4.
