「the property looks so old and dingy, no AC in the hall way, it was so hot and only one elevator serves for 46 floors. We have to move to another Hotel」

「This property management are not even gave you any information , or pick up a phone call when you came to check in . And you will get stuck with un-refund case. This is scam . The suck part is now you have to fine new places and don’t know if you gonna see another one this or not 」

「Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

「This property is right across the beach area, less than 5 minutes walk. There are several restaurants and grocery store & convenient store nearby. The agent for this property is very good, we had a problem check in at another property we reserved and rebook this property at the last minute, the agent allow us to do early check-in.」
