「We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!」

「There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !」

「The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

「Pet friendly. Small park area across the street for the furbabies. Clean room. Zombie Tacos food had flavor. Great location to many restaurants and bars, walking distance. Staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. Will stay here again!」

Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!」

「While it was basically a nice experience there was little to no quick prepackaged breakfast options for people with a tree nut/peanut allergy. But they were very accommodating as its was my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day. Would go back as this was a “staycation” for us.」
