"This hotel was horrible. There were no staff at the time of check in due to there computers were down. So we had to find another place to stay. Also the facility was unpleasant all kinds of unruly traffic and people were standing outside of the hotel (Motel). Some customers couldn't even access there rooms due to elevators were out of service. This was the worst experience I ever encountered. Never again and it made my travel upsetting. We were there for a funeral. "

"Beautifully restored gem across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Rooms are top shelf. Bars and restaurants didn’t get the same amount of care. And if there’s a comfortable, private lounge area for guests I couldn’t find it. "

"The hotel is a short walk to Riverwalk Mall. There are number a restaurants right outside the hotel. The Caesar Casino is directly across the street. Mother’s restaurant is also across the street the other direction there is usually a line but it moves quickly good for breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. "
