"Beautiful view of Lake Ashi and Mt Fuji from our balcony. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. Nice big room with all amenities. Open air onsen was a new experience for me that i really enjoyed. "

"The rooms were generously sized and hotel surroundings were very pleasant. The hotel offered regular free shuttle buses to the airport and a major station so it was very handy. A very short walk to the closest station made it even more accessible to head out. The only down side was that they were little options for eating out in the area "

"Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area. "
