The views and private onsen were lovely and I felt very relaxed there. Only improvements would be to allow luggage storage/transport to station and cleaner onsen. "

"The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. "

"We stayed at this hotel for our family vacation in December and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and the bathroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The location is extremely convenient—just a two-minute walk from the station, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The laundry room was also very convenient and made our stay even easier. Would definitely stay here again, especially for families."
