「Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them.」

「Water pressure and drainage good, location good, fluffy white towels, clean shower curtain, comfortable bed, windows that open. Small frig worked. Didn’t use stove. Rooms seemed as clean as could be for the aged condition. Floors are gritty with cut up and mismatched linoleum. No tv in bedroom, water has iron, stains in the tub and sink and also stains your hair. No hair dryer, no breakfast. Room 4 is next to the mechanical room and you can hear noise all night. 「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「A fantastic spot to stay! Looks to be recently updated. It has a great common space in the back with lots of amenities. The staff were also super helpful and accommodating.」

「I didn't have Verizon service and you do need to call to check in, that was my main problem. It was very clean and cute. WiFi in our room didn't work well.」
