「Everything was perfect except the clean is not perfect in the room, and there is a bad smell in the room.」

「Although the room was very clean and had a nice view, it was small and the floors were uneven. The shower was very small, such that a larger person would not fit in it. There was no hair dryer in the room and when I went downstairs to ask about one, I wasn't able to find someone to ask about it. Also, in my opinion, it would be nice if there was a snack/pop machine on the premises as the bar/ restaurant is only open from Thursday through Sunday and there are no other businesses nearby.」

「4 night stay was supposed to be a five nights stay.Woke up to garbage piled in my hallway everyday. On my last morning, there was a discarded plate of food right at the base of my door. The carpet in my room had crumbs dispersed throughout, so I’m pretty sure they did not run a vacuum during my entire stay. Only one of two elevators was working. I checked out on day four and found another hotel.」

「The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.」

「Check in with Yevette was great with good communication . Easy drive to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Did find it was odd that they had a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. Also you were supposed to let shower run for two minutes to warm up. But after you got in the water got cold within 2 minutes.」

My first mistake was not realizing this was a motor inn vs. a hotel. However I needed a dry place to sleep—that was a 10/10.
