"Our TV was new but we could not figure out how to get it on, they came in a few minutes and showed us how to operate it, spent about 20 minutes to make sure we were OK with it. Nice Job! Room was very large with 3 queen beds and large bath with new bedding and the smell was wonderful in the room.
