"Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told that most of the cocktails were unavailable. We had wine instead and it was not properly stored. Very disappointing and we had to cut the evening short. The hotel could definitely do better with more staff training in terms of housekeeping and managing its bar."

"酒店有點舊，隔音效果不太好，酒店房外的人說話大聲便很嘈了，不知道是其它門鉸的問題還是別人大力關門的問題，也會聽到房外的其它門關上時的噪音。 酒店早餐是不錯的，晚餐普通。"

"酒店整體有點舊，位置不是很方便的。出入都需要坐車的，酒店附近的食肆比較少，酒店的自助餐及早餐都是偏向印度特式的食品。 酒店員工的服務都比較熱情的。"

"We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay! "
