「This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️」

「Upon check in at 4:30 our room wasn’t clean and we had to wait 1.5 hours with 2 small kids. Front desk was no way helpful, concerned or apologetic. Our room had a small area by the bed that was wet and the floor soft like you could fall though it.」
