「Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. 「This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in.」

「They have warm water! Our previous hotel did not. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Small room, but it’s enough for just laying your head at night. We had a restful stay. Conveniently close to the airport. Great idea to stay here if you have an early morning flight the following day. Traffic builds up in the city pretty quickly. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, the price per night is absolutely affordable. We will definitely stay here again.」
