We had a very good time. Staff are attentive to our needs. We do not even have to ask they initiate to check with us every time we use their facilities. They even gave the kids oreo and milk to have a good night sleep.

My wife and I stayed at Kimberly for a high school reunion but families with children will enjoy the hotel. It has a small water park with mini slides, animals to feed, donkey rides and lots of open areas to roam around.

Good value hotel for family

The room for four ( 2 queen beds) was spacious, clean, comfortable; sheets were crisp and white. Only feedback is to provide a soapdish in the bathroom sink. Breakfast was ok : maja blanca and waffle, but viands were so-so, fruits limited.

Fun time with the kids. We were stuck in the hotel due to bad weather but the activities in the hotel did not disappoint. Great staff and great service. Would definitely recommend.

The "upgraded" room had a shabby bathroom with mold growing on the walls of the shower, a very small sink and plumbing in the bath and sink that was partially plugged and drained slowly (even after two repair attempts). The safe did not work and had to be replaced/repaired. The water in the shower never really got hot, just luke warm. Our entry keys were cancelled halfway during our stay. We requested hand towels three times since there were none in the room, and got bath towels every time.

It is a very good place for family especially with kids. They offer alot of fun activities such as feeding the animals in the farm, horse back riding, bonfire with unlimited marshmallows, movie night and a kiddie pool that my son enjoyed so much! Will definitely go back.
