Friendly staff and efficient service, we requested for extra towels, when we were returning to our room and when we arrive at our room, the items we requested for was already placed in the room. The breakfast options was fairly decent as well.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a great time swimming. The game room was okay. They need to replace the air hockey & Foosball tables. But they had ps5 and xbox available. The hotel offers free transport to the Ayala mall Solenad. We appreciate it. Thank you so much.

I stayed in this property with my kids and we all loved it. Walking distance from shopping and dining which is the exact reason why i booked this hotel. We had a nice view from our room and my 2yr old liked it a lot. We will stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed-in in Manila other than Shangri-La. Very convenient and refreshing. Just wish there were other dining options within the hotel. And the lechon cebu was never available in the 5 days that I was at the hotel. It’s okay though.

The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of.

The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had alot of options. The swimming pools were amazing. They had live band at night. They had a game room with fooseball/air hockey table, ps5, and xbox. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and polite. I would recommend a staycation for the family. Malls were in walking distance. We plan on going back next month.
