We enjoyed our 1-night stay here in the Ifugao Spa Suite room, it was a cute little individual rustic cottage. We had a great couples massage and facials in the enclosed patio beneath our room. We ate our meals in the restaurant… Niçoise salad, grilled/skewered pork, soup, labneh and naan. The Tai Qi and fresh juice demonstration were very well done and enjoyable! Beautiful tranquil grounds in a remote garden setting.

All the staffs are helpful and very polite, spa massage are great. Breakfast was pretty nice. I would love to come back and stay longer next time. We stayed for 3 nights 4 days.

The service is something this resort can be proud of. After all, the Filipinos (most of them) are known for their warm and hospitable nature. Food and the restaurant ambience are great. The taichi instructed was gracious and informative. We loved the soothing massages. The grounds are full of trees, well-trimmed ground grass but it’s possible that they lack manpower to clean the big property, dried leaves and plants make the the place needing of more maintenance. The room I was in was quite dusty. The shower tub was unsafe because handle bars are not in the right places, the shower curtain too long. The bathroom floor in between the toilet bowl and bath tub always wet, meaning there’s a leak somewhere. The general ambiance of this resort served its purpose for wellness and relaxation UNTIL you see the terrible huge, eyesore construction of these Chinese pagodas being done at adjacent to their property. That construction (we were informed) does not belong to the Nuture Wellness Village. The sounds coming from that construction often disrupts the tranquility that the Nature Wellness Village painstakingly promotes and I feel sorry that the owner and workers of this resort have to put up with it. Overall, I admire the staff, the food, the restaurant design, the overall ground layout of this resort. I will patronize them again when I am in that area.

予約していた野趣な感じのするIfugaoに入室しました。カウチに横になって眺める森の様子がとてもいい感じで、ここで3泊することの期待感が高まりました。ところが、しばらくするとWi-Fiがつながらないことに気づき、ホテル側の提案でフォレストビュールーム(Pag-ibig)に引越することになりました。スタッフの皆さんの感じがよく、スムーズに移動できました。案内された部屋からは、Ifugaoのような野趣な景色は望めずがっかりしましたが、フリーWi-Fiには代えられません。でもPag-ibigは部屋は、ロマンチック感があり、小綺麗な機能的な部屋でした。ドア脇の小窓から見え小径には、草花が植えられており、心を和ませてくれました。フォレストビューとはなっていましたが、バルコニーから見える景色はその奥にある工事中の建物が入ってしまい、その醜さのため、あまり活用しませんでした。この辺の事情は、通された部屋によって異なると思います。滞在中に2回スパを利用しました。それは至福のひと時でした。エステシャンのスキルの高さを感じました。また、毎朝のエキササイズにも2日連続参加しました。9時からの太極拳エクササイズとその30分後からのジュースデモは、まったり過ごすためにここに来た私たちにとって、貴重なアクセントになりました。ここの1番の売りは、美しい自然と熟練したスタッフによるスパだと思います。Nuture Wellnessというホテル名が示す通り、ホテルの提供するサービスを通して、ゲストが生きる活力を回復することを目指しているのだということがよくわかるつくりとなっていました。そのために、強いて改善してほしいことを挙げると、① 食事でも積極的にウェルネスを回復するプログラムを提案してほしい。ホテル内のファーマーズテーブルで供される食事はとても美味しいですが、特に揚げ物はその油質のせいか、また揚げ方のせいか、胃にもたれます。スパで快適になった心身に、あの揚げ料理は似合いません。それをオーダーしなければよいというのではなく、ウェルネスを増進する積極的な食事プログラムも開発してほしいと思います。②ゲストがもっと自然と一体になる感を出すには、ゲストが出すゴミが、自然にダメージを最小限しか与えていないことを感じさせる仕組みづくりが必要だと感じました。居室にはカゴのゴミ箱が２つありました。ゴミを分別することがウェルネスを回復する行為なのだということが、それとなくわかるようになると、自然との一体感がより感じられるようになると思います。提案されているようにタオルを複数日にわたって使うことに加えて、自然を大切にすることによって得られる満足感がさらにウェルネスを回復していることを感じさせてほしいと思いました。とても素晴らしい、フィリピンのホスピタリティにあふれているホテルだと思います。もっともっと進化していってほしいと感じました。

Unforgettable Service & experience

The service was great. The staff were very helpful especially the ones in F&B. Call out on the special accommodation to us - we ordered dinner not realizing the rest closes early as they are still on skeletal force during our visit. They prepared a sort of breakfast meal equivalent just to make sure we will not get hungry. The massage was also great - world class!

My family and I enjoyed our glamping nights. The farm tour as well as the juice demo made our stay really worthwhile. I'm glad I have booked at Nurture Farmacy. Definitely a wonderful experience for the whole family!

A truly relaxing experience. The food is very good, the spa services and environment were great. Was able to just relax with no stress. The staff are just amazing. Very friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Once off stay only and that's it

Just ok. The good: quiet, good relaxing massage, nice serene well maintained gardens. The bad: far far away from the main city cttr or restos, no Taal volcano views, room/villa "Alaga" in serious need of a good room freshener or airing as it has a very musty old room smell, bathroom shower require plumbing as water not draining and quite disgusting, tiles coming off - time to renovate guys, room rate too expensive for what we got (we already stayed at other hotel near this area with better room views & less costly), I won't be back here & will stay elsewhere.
