「Execellent place to stay with the space and feel of a very nice apartment. Very short drive or an extended walk from downtown Savannah. Reserved parking is both a luxury for Savannah and a bit tricky. Our space was tight and way too close to a large concrete pillar. However, it appeared to be the only space with that problem. Otherwise, this was a surprising find, offering a sizeable kitchen and plenty of room. I would happily stay again.」

「The property, the actual condo unit was terribly difficult to find. Almost like the entire condo was built in a gigantic tree house. Stairs and walkways that would go on forever. There was an elevator that sounded like it was on its last leg. The bottom floor bedroom and bathroom had no working a/c. I had to sleep upstairs in the living rooom for n the pullout sofa. 「The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

「This place exceeded our expectations. It’s SO easy to get to the beach. It was close to shops too. Updated and well kept- the place met all our needs. Jim was really responsive when we had questions. I’m so thankful we found this!」

「The condo needed additional cleaning, including sofa bed. Some linens had not been laundered. Shower water pressure/low pressure (install) very poor, requiring longer showers, so the cost to the owner was likely a “wash.” Otherwise, all else met described/advertised standards.」
