「The swimming pool opens until 9pm but when I arrived at the female dressing room at 8:30, there’s a man standing inside of the dressing room without any notification posted on the door. I was so shocked and then he told me the pool is close. I tried to communicate with him and explained that it’s not 9 yet but he just didn’t listen. I was so disappointed with such an experience and was shocked when I entered the room. I felt very uncomfortable. 」
