「The receptionist was very nice but she was overwhelmed. She greeted us at about 11 pm when we arrived and she returned the next morning. Our shower flooded. Our room was in the basement down winding stairs. The light in the stairs wouldn't stay on long enough for me to get all the way down. Other basement rooms opened on a garden but ours didn't. Our room was at street level. They were unable to switch our room. So we changed hotels!」

「Good location, close to restaurants and tourist spots. The staff is helpful. The room is in the same shape as what is shown. Cleaning can be strengthened a bit. Clean in general but dirts can be found.」

「Everything is great.」

「close and walkable to all main attractions. Room is clean. staffs are super nice.highly recommended」

「Comfortable stay overall with standard Four Seasons services. Excellent location, 1 min walk to major tourist sites. The only thing with this hotel is that it books out the restaurant to big tourist groups and the hotel guests are left without any tables. Same goes for the terrace bar - it was booked out for private events and closed to hotel guests. We were there for 4 nights and not able to enjoy the hotel terrace bar with the Hagia Sophia iconic views. It seems the hotel is more interested in...

「This hotel has the great location because it is located at the center of the old city center. The room is clean and well maintained. The staff are superb and willing to help me. Amish is super nice and friendly who share a lot of his understanding about Istanbul with me. I will recommend this awesome place to whoever visit Istanbul.」

「Great breakfast, magnificent view and good location to sightseeing places. Recommend.」

「The staff was very solid and helpful and the location is great if you want to spend time near either the Hagia Sophia or the Blue Mosque. Outside of that you are getting what you are paying for. The beds aren't that great and at least the rooms I was in they caved a bit. There is no elevator available in the building so if you are traveling with someone elderly or mobility impaired keep it in mind. Overall if I was traveling solo and the price was right I would consider it but don't think I'd...

「friendly staff, nice location, easy to get around」

「The staff, Younas and Zaki are professional and helpful and always help us. We have stayed here many times for its fantastic location to the Blue Mosque and transport.」
