Great location. Steps to the tram line and restaurants and shops. Very nice rooms. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety of foods. All the hotel personnel were kind and helpful. Imam was very kind and friendly and gave some great suggestion

This hotel is amazing. The location is super convenient, there are many restaurants around, and it is very close to several attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and the Grand Bazaar (among others). The rooms are very good, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is incredible, with a lot of variety and very delicious. And the service is excellent; all the hotel staff were very kind and helped us with very useful information. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and I am very sure that when I return to Istanbul, I will stay at this hotel again. Congratulations, very good job.

It is a perfect hotel to stay if you don't have a car to be able to walk to close attractions and monuments, staff is friendly, room and hotel was always clean. Shops around the hotel are nice, the souvenir shop in front of the hotel is very nice and with good prices

Room was small but useful. Breakfast was okay. French fries for breakfast? Hotdogs cut up instead of bacon ? Too many mayonnaise based Turkish salads that don't belong in breakfast room.

Great location, tram and bus make a decent combo when getting in and around the Sultanahmet area. Blue mosque, hagia sofia (5 and 10 mins walk) and topkapi palace (15/20 mins walk, 5 mins tram) are all nearby, bosphorus cruise easy to get to, tram then bus as it stops right where the boats board. Bazaars on different days during the week like the street market near Fatih mosque a few stops away (access from the mosque compound), lots of hustle and bustle, aching feet and hot!, some decent bargains As for the hotel Esve, staff were friendly and had good knowledge about the area, avoid the over priced food places directly around the hotel on price only as most are decent if you fancied it, you could just travel on tram a couple of stops and find reasonably priced better options. The room was clean, room service and breakfast was decent every morning, a mix if local stuff with tea and scrambled eggs thrown in the mix.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice selection of fresh and traditional Turkish dishes. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend Hotel Esve Istanbul to anyone visiting the city. Great service, excellent value, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Great customer service. All employees were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We got so many tips how to get around the city and what to expect from each attraction. Hotel located near all attractions, walking distance to the public transportation. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Area in front of the hotel is a perfect spot for drinking a coffee or late night snack takeout.

Good but some Restriction in communication

Room: Very Good , Clean Breakfast: Need to improve food menus everyday same menus. Communication: Very bad . No uber parking in nearby streets. Very tiny road both sides full of restaurants. It is very bad communication if you have big luggage.

Staff was friendly however when we arrived, it was 11PM and the receptionist wanted to sell tours around Istanbul to us. Would be better to wait for the morning. Bed was comfortable. Daily cleaning was greatly appreciated. Room slightly small/not enough space for storage. Loud music could be heard outside til very late. Also quite annoying how the restaurants will hassle you each time you go past to go to the tramway. But as 2 women, it was brightly lit and safe to get to the hotel even as late as midnight.
