「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy with everything. Our room was newly remodeled on the bottom floor and right next to the pool and jet pool. The pool was very clean and refreshing, as was the jet pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book there again 😀」

「No beach view but new and clean property. The beach was only a 3 minute walk. Hotel provided beach towels not the best quality, so I would bring my own. Valet was kind and friendly, the front counter reps were not welcoming the entire time, no eye contact or greeting ever. Other than that really nice hotel.」

「An enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites, Clearwater. Our room with balcony was spacious, clean and quiet. Restaurant on site provided dining options with great menu and prices. Hotel location was perfect with beach and attractions within walking distance. We had a great time, no complaints and would stay again. 」
